This is a second post

Imagine you are a tech entrepreneur who is successfully launching two companies. The first is Morning VIP, which is a newsletter (scaling to 100k, 500k, and 1M within 18-24 months) and blog that provides aggregated and professionally summarized and unpacked articles, facts, and news on everything from finance, health, science, education, technology, philosophy, fitness, and more. This brand is aiming at solving the problem of doomscrolling as time wasting, the need for real learning without compromising time, and offers to be the daily brain boost professionals desire and people need. (This focus can expand and sharpen).

Additionally, Morning VIP has VIP Labs. This serves as the “experiment” offering in that it provides gamification through e-learning across various subjects, health and fitness and nutrition simulators, deep dive resources, etc (this too can be refined).

You much design the flow of The Morning VIP + VIP Labs to offer podcast/youtube, blog, and newsletter. Scheme out VIP Labs for its maximal value and implementation. How does it fit? What does it do? What offerings does it provide? How does it front along side Morning VIP?

Grow this revenue model to 5-10M/year within 18-24 months

The second company offering is “Good Apologetics” a Christian/Catholic informative funnel similar to the morning vip (content via YouTube, newsletter, possibly blog). You as the founder have a masters degree in apologetics (theology and philosophy) and a PhD in philosophy. You are a very serious and knowledgeable Catholic who aims to appeal broadly to both evangelicals and Catholics without losing Catholic core beliefs. This brand needs to be focused and generate revenue. The most likely model will be 1) donation/support via readers 2) sponsorships via churches and orgs 3) advertisement 4) merch/premium subscriptions.
